Benefits are great, Pay is not so great.

    Pros

The University greatly hires from within first. It's a great place to work with insurance and other benefits that can't be beaten anywhere else.

    Cons

Policies were in place that made little sense. In an effort to be fare to all many full time employees are treated like just another body.
