    Pros

    Waterloo in a great city to live, safe environment, nice people.

    Cons

    Staff working in ECE department are the worst ever ones I have seen in my entire life. A bunch of old ladies who think don't respect other employees and students.

    Great working environment for a graduate student. Faculties are nice to work with.

    Good students, wonderful instructors and professors. No matter what kind of TA you take, it will be a great treasure for your acadmic career

    Working time is flexible and maybe it's better to fix an office hour to work in short time. Resource is limited

    You can work with the best and most brilliant professor of the world. It's awesome to be surrounded by talented and smart people every day.

    while the work load is a little bit heavy, because my supervisor is quite ambitious. the city of Waterloo is kind of boring

    make the building more stylish, increase the pay to the RA, decrease the tuition fees, some staff should have longer working hours to better serve student
