    - Great pay, covers rent
    - Opportunity to learn from students
    - Learn about key issues in media and how students are solving these issues through entrepreneurial minded business and venture solutions.

    Cons

    - The pay is monthly, which works for rent, which is both good and bad. Depending on if you need the money throughout the month or if you're on top of your finances.

    Work was not difficult and there are many opportunities and resources available if you want training and teaching development.

    Cons

    Graduate students are only guaranteed research or teaching assistantships over four years, but often require/desire funding and employment beyond this period.
