    Lack of team building. Silo effect.

    Pros

    Great pay, great learning environment. Supportive company and management. Best place I ever worked. Always trying to improve.

    Cons

    Parking is an issue. They will give you a free bus pass, but otherwise you have to be on a wait list and hope to pay around $1000 a year to park your car.

    Advice to Management

    I'm not sure how, but if there were a way for staff to have free or discounted parking, that would be nice.

    Pros

    It is a very Friendly environment. I love working here. Very easy access to public transportation. Very good and healthy food.

    Cons

    This is one the most Complicated building that I have ever been. It took me a year to find my way to different area.

    Supportive environment, great teaching hospital. Do a great job of encouraging young people to ask questions and seek further education

    Cons

    Small rooms, expensive parking. Facility is confusing and a lot of the equipment could use an update
