I have been working at University of Wisconsin full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Beautiful state of the art building, supporting green initiatives and scientist collaborations. Daily tea and coffee served at 3pm to bring workers together. Has many symposiums and children's programs hosted here. Has its own cafe and restaurant inside.

    Cons

They decided to put only one set of bathrooms in the building to facilitate communication amongst scientists, while it is unlikely people would strike up as many conversations here.

    Advice to Management

Provide a few more pots of coffee at tea at 3 as they usually run out in the first 5-10 minutes, or earlier int he day as sometimes it's hard to make it to 3 without coffee.
