    Pros

Pros to working at the UWI include being able to secure a solid educational base for oneself and family. There are three main campuses and so one is able to transfer for work once successful. The environment promotes growth and facilitates the formation of lasting and important relations. Very historical university.

There is no downside. What you do on entering an organisation determines your altitude.
