    It has potential

    Cons

    -Contracted workers have no voice
    -Executive Management is not objective
    -Very bad experience from long serving workers
    -Human Resources department is not impartial when issues arise
    -It was a very bad experience, the existing staff made working environment
      hostile and horrible.

    Advice to Management

    -Impartiality is needed
    -Fairness should be given to all workers,
    -Not because some one is long serving it does not mean that the person is the one
      that should be heard in an objective manner

    Super friendly staff
    Many employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellness days, sports days, employee appreciation week, staff trips etc.)

    Building too cold which tends to make employees sick frequently.
