-Executive Management is not objective
-Very bad experience from long serving workers
-Human Resources department is not impartial when issues arise
-It was a very bad experience, the existing staff made working environment
hostile and horrible.

-Impartiality is needed
-Fairness should be given to all workers,
-Not because some one is long serving it does not mean that the person is the one
that should be heard in an objective manner
