    Approves of CEO

I have been working at University of the West Indies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule in addition to educational benefits. Salary may not be the best compared to the corporate world but the benefits and educational opportunities make up for it somewhat.

    Cons

Too much bureaucracy especially in decision making. In some cases additional on the job coaching and mentorship arrangements would be beneficial for employees.

    Pros

Working at a pre school i would teach to hence young children of a better education and prepare them for primary level.

    Cons

I don't believe there are any downsides working at a pre school once you love and care for children.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to keep students updated with Gate because some may depend on it

I worked at University of the West Indies full-time

    Pros

Your input is considered when designing courses.
Between semesters, you get full salary with little to no work.
You have enough time to focus on your research.

    Cons

    Contractually employed each year.
HR tries their best to save money for the University by cutting months or days out of some contracts. Care is needed when reviewing contracts.
