    Pros

Great team mentality. Good and reliable pay. A fun place to come for work each day.

    Cons

Long and late hours. Sometimes fellow employees disregard the teamwork mentality, and dinner service can quickly become a "on your own" night.

    Advice to Management

Try to spend more time on the floor during dinner service to try and relieve bottlenecks and other service issues.
