Pros

I've been with the company for just a few weeks now. It has been absolutely what I was looking for in a "work from home" position. Lisa and Pete our direct managers made me feel very welcome, and have been extremely helpful in making sure of my success with the company. The hours are great, the work is great, the people are phenomenal!

There are a lot of pro's, I can choose my own timing+ work schedule! I get 1 on 1 mentorship with Lisa who is the call centre head and with her advice and mentorship i easily close appointments and get the $$$ bonuses that they have!

Earn money working from home and set my own schedule. They provided detailed training as well.

Sometimes there wasn't enough work available for all the callers.

The one and only good thing about this work from home job is the convenience, and being able to work when you want or can , they do always pay, never had an issue with that.

The system doesn't work half the time, junk leads most of the time, the company's that were good to work for usually ended up closing their campaigns because of the issues with the site. Just bad management all the way around. I worked with them for a year from day one. And now that they are finally making progress my account was deactivated with no explanation. I have done this type of work for close to 10 years and never been fired from a job. So not sure why that happened.

flexible amazing diverse work team get to work from wherever I want (sometimes the beach) very easy to get a hold of management if ever needed, they are really cool

It's a very friendly system. Great bonuses and the management department is always willing to help
