I have been working at Upper Lake Processing Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A fun work environment with plenty of room for internal growth in the company. They are good about hiring from within first before turning to outside applicants. The benefits are good and pay is reasonable.

    Cons

Sometimes expected to work long hours to accomplish projects and goals. Not as transparent as they once were.

I worked at Upper Lake Processing Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good money. I only gave 1 star because u had to.

    Cons

The management team as a whole is a joke. Bonus is constantly restructured to less and less. If you are good at sales you will never be given the opportunity to grow w the company. They will keep you there on the phone making sales paying you less and promote the less successful to management. Then the unsuccessful reps that are now management are supposed to train and grow me on a job I was better at then they were? Backwards and awful!

I worked at Upper Lake Processing Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Friday breakfast every week. Fridge stocked with soda and kuerig for all your coffee needs

    Cons

Fired all the dev team from director to senior devs and replaced them with contractors from one of the executives own consulting firm. Executives would change time lines on projects without consulting development team and then hold them accountable. Board members are asleep at the wheel. President is only in the office one day a week or when board members are in town. Executive team is good ol boys club. Nepotism is very strong in this company.

I have been working at Upper Lake Processing Services

    Pros

The majority of the managers really care about their employees and will fight for their teams when it comes to compensation, incentives, and inconsistencies. The pay is great. The attendance program is very lenient.

    Cons

The rules aren't always consistent, the correct answers depend on who you ask. You are discouraged from leaving your desk (they monitor how long you take in the restroom because you're "hurting the team's productivity" taking unscheduled time away from work.

I have been working at Upper Lake Processing Services full-time

    Pros

In operations the previous management was engaging with employees no matter their position. Was compassionate in making sure it was known that he cared about his employees.

    Cons

Currently the in charge manager makes sure we know we are expendable and sets unrealistic expectations so that goals cannot be achieved. Looks down his nose of you try to speak to him if you're not in upper management

I worked at Upper Lake Processing Services full-time

    Pros

Lots of earning potential here, the bonuses are great and the incentives offered are pretty enticing. They also cater lunch once a month.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing which makes it hard for management and agents to stay on top of things.
