    Pros

    The store carries fashionable clothing
    Good employee discount
    Supportive Management that provides guidance
Good first job (a little above minimum wage)

    Cons

No real growth potential within the company (unless your willing to spend years climbing)
Don't get to choose your own hours (part-time)
Other sales associates can be very unprofessional

    Advice to Management

Corporate Management should part take in the interview process in order to maintain consistent brand image.
There are managers that can act quite unproffesional

    Pros

It was a small Company that was easy to deal with corporate on an every day level.

    Cons

Unfortunately the Company shut most stores down in the U.S. It was not portrayed to employees until just before, so a lot of trust was lost in the end by several. Before the Business issues, it was not a bad place to work and a shame it didnt take a chance.

    Advice to Management

Not much to say since business is no longer there

I have been working at Urban Behavior part-time

    Pros

-Great team (of course varies by location)
-Wage is good (varies by provincial location)

    Cons

-Store is too big (varies by location)
-We double tag our clothes and when a cashier misses a tag we have to remove them, which gets tiring during a busy day
-We're constantly signing new policies, lots of paperwork
-Don't have enough cashiers, especially on busy days which leads to a lot of customer complaints
I'm just happy I don't work there anymore, let's put it that way. Not the most horrible job in the world but definitely not the best.

    Advice to Management

Dear Head Office, stop focusing so much time on inventing new policies to protect your company from theft or from whatever it is these new policies focus on and start focusing on ways to make current employees jobs easier. Up paid 10 minute breaks to 15 to 20 mins, especially on busy days. Employees cannot be helpful towards customers when they are burnt out.

I worked at Urban Behavior part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Get trained as stock associate, cashier and sale associate. a great place to work for as a first job, get enough experiences.

    Cons

Doesn't pay for overtime. Get asked to clock out early. Managers call last minute to work, eventhough I am not on call.

    Pros

Nice to work with employees that are around my age. Pretty good employee discounts along when the clothing is so cheap already

    Cons

Horrible managers. They play favourites and gossip about employees. They forget about everything, I have to remind them at least three times to book my days off.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Urban Behavior part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

it was a pretty chill environment, plus they offered a 30 percent staff discount. Easy job, and great clothes.

    Cons

it was low pay, so i wasn't as motivated. Especially being there part time, there was only so much I could make. The company, didn't have any growth either.

    Advice to Management

Probably not hire people without experience, because of the managers we had coming and going seemed to not take the job seriously.
