I worked at Urban Flats part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Core staff was like family, concept was a good one.

    Cons

upper managment/ownership didn't have staffs best interest at heart like they claimed, time after time, after time, after time

    Advice to Management

When you ask your employees for their opinions on how to improve, actually listen and consider them, don't just let us waste our breath. It's a waste of everyones time and just makes for apathetic employees after awhile.
