The discount was obviously a perk of working there. Most of the employees were also pleasant and willing and eager to help as best as they could
Their scheduling was just very hit or miss. They had on call shifts, so one week you'd work every single day and the next you wouldn't work at all. It was really frustrating and hard to make plans because there was no set schedule whatsoever. The people who worked their were kind of snotty, including the management.
Advice to Management
Work on scheduling. Many people had various issues with their schedules every single week and I think that the manager in charge of making them just really didn't know how to do it.
