-Great discount -The people who usually get hired at Urban are kind, funny, and hardworking individuals -Management always wants everyone to succeed, and will try assigning certain people to certain tasks they excel in, always making sure their employees are healthy mentally and physically -Environment encourages friendships and care, rather than a cold detachment -Like being able to wear what I want -Something new every day

The managers gossip. About everything. And everyone. All the time. It's one thing to have open communication about what a certain employee needs or to talk about how to improve as a manager. It's another to be catty to the point that your employees notice. Passive aggressive comments, unkind gossip about other employees, and remarks on people's expression, along with all the other tenets of middle school drama are a day-to-day occurence at Urban. This creates a culture of gossip and unkind words that spreads unto the Sales Associates, so you never know what your coworkers really think of you.

Super low pay for the amount of work you do and the sales you make for the company. If you just want to work there for the discount (I super recommend it) if you need money and want to support yourself financially (you should look somewhere else)
