    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Urology Specialists full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Taking care of the patients was the best part. Interacting with patient and family and keeping them informed on what was going on with their condition.

    Cons

Unsanitary conditions, they know nothing about sterility or sanitation. No surgical conscience.

    Advice to Management

The employees were great to work with, but the management held things back. They never listened to the staff on what the needs were for the facility which is why employees don't stay.

    Pros

Understanding of family matters, and excellent benefits. Also, allows for time off as needed and gives alot of perks such as giving employees a Christmas party and Fall hayrides.

    Cons

With 4 physicians, all 4 want things done their way. Employees have to deal with being repremanded by all four physicians plus the supervisor and or manager. That places alot of stress on employees when too many people disciplining you for the same thing. Also, they seem to function on a skeleton staff where the employees are totally overwhelmed by answering phones and assisting patients.

    Advice to Management

For physicians to allow supervisors to 'handle' employees.
