Pros
UDK has great benefits and perks. They offer dental, health, and 401k. As well as a company paid cell phone. The people are great and they really want to hire from within. If you have drive, you can make great money and enjoy your job\!
Cons
Often times property restoration is a thankless job. Our customers are unhappy to have their house flood or have to deal with a fire. Can be stressful, and work may take place after regular business hours.

Pros
Every day there is something new is, we handle so many different types of property losses it is never boring. We work with a great team that really knows how to come together and accomplish a great deal. We help property owners in their time of need. It feels good to be able to help people when they experience a difficult situation. The finished product is also rewarding to see. We start with a burned, flooded or otherwise damaged property and by the time we are done it normally looks better than it every looked before. It is great to work for a company that is this size, we are large enough to handle jobs of any size, but small enough that our owners still know and care about their employees. We have good benefits and great co workers. It is a fun positive place to work .
Cons
There are no set business hours, disasters happen when they do, and sometimes the days can get long. Being on call is hard sometimes, but luckily the hard times aren't all that often.

Thanks so much for your feedback. It helps others applying at UDK to know what it's really like to work here. Every day is different and has it's challenges. WE have the best people to pull it off each and every day. Thanks so much!

Pros
Great benefits, and all the overtime you could want and more.
Cons
I feet that at some jobs I don't get paid enough for the stuff we have to do or deal with. They are becoming much more controlling and disciplinary actions start to take away bonuses that make the job bearable.

Pros
The starting pay is great, good benefits, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, minimual on call days. Every job is different so every job is a learning experience. It's a day by day training and you are supposed to be told exactly what to do and how to do it by the Lead each time you go to a different job untill you know how to handle most jobs.
Cons
Gross jobs like sewer floods, hoarder homes, even fecial matter sometimes. Some of the Technicians there are hard to work with since they are very opinionated, rude, and like to gossip, but it's not a huge issue.
