    Pros

Young energetic company. Fun to work at. Health care benefits included. Different schedules available. Training in detail on products and manufacturing procedures. Cutting edge.

    Cons

With the many changes in the electronic cigarette industry big tobacco has a share of the industry and much deeper pockets to sway the FDA and congress. Top management would do quarterly reviews and threaten to fire the sales department's lowest producer regardless what that person had done for the company. No loyalty at all.

    Advice to Management

Get the company right for a big tobacco company takeover but be sure to take care of all the employees who helped your reach the levels to be able sell and make hundreds of millions of dollars.

    Pros

A ok place to work if you are in school they will work with your schedule. A lot of overtime opportunity.

    Cons

The worst places I have worked only 2 days of paid vacation when I was there. The working environment is very unprofessional from top management there was a lack of disrespect for the hourly employees. Pay doesn't increase unless you kill yourself and you kiss a lot of you know what. This is a dead end job if you work in the warehouse.

    Advice to Management

Learn to respect employees, have meetings to get on the same page one supervisor will let you one thing someone else will tell you something else. There is constantly being rule changes and intimidation needs to stop.

    Pros

causal workplace, hours, nice location, midtown miami artsy, xbox, entertainment center, and live music venue on occasion

    Cons

crude co-workers, young management, poor project management, mismanagement and misallocation of employee skill sets (programmers doing graphic design with other designers available),

    Advice to Management

take sensitivity skills training when dealing with employees in professional manner, shore up hiring standards and more competent employee performance reviews, don't worry about muffling your cocked gun as your employees come and go, the ceo shouldn't ask employees what they are doing to make him money unless he is prepared to discuss with them how to do that or what to do, and in this case if it's blogs you are better off chumming the pony at another establishment rather than building blogs to no end, i mean i am a seasoned programmer having studied business at the mba level and give them a no-confidence on some fur-flung business ideas they have directly leading to my dissatisfaction with the company. i mean online advertising through social networking is fad that will soon pass like the market boom of the internet companies, maintain a professional demeanor when speaking in front of employees, no one likes working for `Kaptain Krude`! the lunacy of these kinds of considerations are like my last conversation there where the graphics software paint pro was under bequest while paint net was delivered what this analogically about their demeanor is left to interpretation of both runny-nosed youngsters painted as pros or fly by night business schemes painting the `net
