I worked at VASS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I didn't work many extra hours

    Cons

First of all I've to say I worked at Nateevo, part of Vass group and located in the same building, but a subsidiary. They offered me to work twice a week on remote, permanent learning about new technologies, etc.

I accepted remuneration a bit below average because of this, but as months went on I discovered it was all a LIE.

We usually worked with outdated technologies and methodologies and, everytime anyone who wasn´t a manager suggested an improvement, he was looked down on.

I also worked 6 months as an external in a big banking company. Vass didn't respect some of the contract terms while I worked there.

I could go on for very long, but, to sum up, it wasn't a good experience. Now I'm happily out of there.
