Pros
Great discounts Ability to learn different skills Fun work environment
Cons
Micro managing district managers Lack of communication to lower management from higher ups. Always telling the store managers to talk to their assistants and supervisors for them. They need that authority from district managers too. Unfair pay Asks a lot of everyone for not the fair compensation Store managers are asked to be a manager, an event planner, a merchandiser, a whatever else they decide to test out with little payroll

Disorganised and close minded

Great international brands Friendly colleagues Casual Wear Employees discount
Cons
Lack of communication within and among teams. Almost zero communication among the brands of the same group - very close minded culture. Untransparent senior management appointments and lack of leadership. HR seems to be the boss in there, but it struggles providing support to their employees (especially if you are relocating). No willing to hire people already working in the company - especially if you want to move to another internal brand. Outdated systems and softwares in use. Basically impossible to reach the office if you don't have a car.

fun atmosphere with great customer base, great employee discount, quality product being sold with many 'frequent buyers' in the community. Great Lucy PRO program for fitness professionals!
Cons
real lack of communication and management being on the same page. Disorganization between stores and corporate makes for a lot of confusing and frustrating situations in which stores have to take matters in to their own hands due to corporate dropping the ball. Store management/hiring is sometimes done without keeping the store and company needs in to consideration
