I worked at VINCI Construction full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Exciting work within professional, multicultural teams. All kinds of jobsites location, usually expatriation in interesting countries. The management chain is dedicated and generally intent on personal growth. Excellent autonomy for project managers and their teams. Accepting to move every few years is a bit of a life choice, it can be very rewarding.

    Cons

Everything depends on which deals get signed and where, which makes it difficult to anticipate your next location. That can be difficult to handle over the long term.

I worked at VINCI Construction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good salary, get some awesome perks for working from them
    Interesting projects, wide variety

    Cons

No team spirit and absolutely no leadership
There is a sense of lack of direction
You have to take a specific route to advance in your career and that takes way too long

    Advice to Management

There is the need for a more 'close to the employee' management system. Also, there are way too many people hired and most of them are not even working at 40% of their capabilities.

    Advice to Management

Have a structured plan for undergraduates and graduates so that they can pick up key skills in their time with you and don't waste your resource

Trust your engineers on the ground as they are the face of the company and can tell you what your customers opinions are of the company.

If it wasn't for your engineers you wouldn't have a company
