A chance to connect with children from another culture and teach them a language that will help their future. Rewarding and heartwarming.
Cons
The hours are very early in the morning for 4 hours and then again around dinner time for another 2 hours or so if you are in EST, so you have to plan your life around this. Additionally, there is a limited amount of classes that you can miss by accident before you can no longer teach for the company.
