Pros
It's fun teaching English to kids. VIPKid prepares all of the lesson plans.
Cons
It's very hard to get bookings so we don't make very much money. The payments are very low. IT issues are very had to fix. It's tough getting up in the middle of the night to teach kids who are 13 hours ahead of my time zone.

Pros
Choose your own time, Do it from home, lots of support and resources, great community of teachers
Cons
You don't really know what happens on the back end of the 'algorithms' and how parents actually book you, it's very biased and depends a lot on luck at first. Appearance matters. -Pay was decreased and VIPKid is constantly trying to find ways to make you work more for less money
