Pros
This is an amazing company that allows me to work from home and care for my young children. I teach early in the morning and have the rest of my day to do with as I choose. There are many opportunities to get connected with other teachers via social media or in person.
Cons
Because the students we are working with are on the other side of the globe, we have to teach earlier hours and have to be careful to get enough sleep.

Pros
VIPKID is a wonderful job teaching children in China English if you like to work from home. Build your own schedule either for mornings or nights. You will have most of the daytime hours off. Great Community of coworkers on facebook to help guide you as you learn. Workshops you can take to help train you.
Cons
Starting out can be hard because you are learning the ropes on your own, but you do have facebook groups to help and workshops you can take. Getting bookings can be tough in the beginning until you prove yourself because there are so many teachers to compete with.
