    I worked at VIT University part-time

    Pros

    Diversity - The team you will work with would be from all over India and from very walk of life.

    Varied Opportunities - Every month its a different challenge and opportunity for growth opens up.

    Initiative Based - Nothing just comes to you, you need to go and catch it by the tail.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy - Slow to any changes.

    Conservative - Being Tamilians with very conservative outlooks and rules.

    Politics - As with any other bureaucratic company.

    Cons

    Very few: Intake is increasing every year- adds congestion in campus, hostels, sometimes parking of vehicle is a time consuming affair.
