    Unflexible teaching hours, some times need to take classes by 7:00 am and sometimes till 8:30 pm
    University rules change often
    Deliberatley negative feedback from students affects your carrier

    Few internal politics
    It could be better if publication is not forced one since we end up with few bad publications
    Overall a good experience

    It could be better if student admission process is still improved and reducing the intake, though we can can support the current strength.

    I have been working at VIT University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    a very student friendly.one could expect exposure to the all culture that is very helpful for building a future.

    Cons

    not many drawbacks to point out. hostel timings are a bit strict in terms of timings.but i think they are necessary to be like that.

    Advice to Management

    reduce the intake so the placement percentage increases and college can be able to provide good output to the socity in which we live.

    1. Provide International atmosphere but does not allowed to interact openly with international student.
    2. Given more preference to international student.
    3. Some unwanted and illogical rules for hostels which is irritating some time.
    4. Not exactly true for 100% placement .

    You should go through with your rules and regulation again and more frequent as per todays need., it some time very irritating follow
