I have been working at VIVA USA part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Supervisors truly care that you stay in work and strive to find more work for you if you want it. They are also very understanding and laid back if something comes up occasionally where you cannot meet TAT.

    Cons

The amount of money is never a guarantee, but of course that's with all medical transcription.

I worked at VIVA USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pretty good compensation. They do immigration (GCcard). Any concern easy to reach and contact while working at client. Good environment and great place to work

    Cons

Good salary but no benefits like paid vacation and not great health insurance benefits. I use to pay less by buying health insurance individually with better coverage than what provided by Viva.
If Viva provides benefits as well then very good consultancy to work with.

    Advice to Management

Consider providing paid vacation and good health insurance benefits

    Cons

Not much cons. Periodically training needs could be evaluated for cross skilling
