    too much passengers, it can get crazy at times

    Supervisor's are degrading and will make stuff up about you that is not true- beware!

    Hire better mid-level managers- know how they are really treating others- what a disgrace for health care industry.

    I have been working at VNA Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The VNA has great mission- serving the underserved in our communities. They offer good company benefits- medical, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, paid training, and more. Co-workers make it it easy to go to work.

    Cons

    Long and unpredictable clinic hours. Upper management out of touch with the reality of clinic responsibilities. There are rules upon rules upon rules which are always changing so no one is really clear on what to do in key situations.

    Very tight budgets, constant layoffs, a lost sense of mission

    Slow down, perhaps stop giving yourselves raises
