great place to work every day

Pros

They have a beautiful building which is spaceous and rarely feels crowded. Parking on the premises with more than enough spots for everyone. Very clean bathrooms, spaceous cafeteria with various beverage and snack options. Big conference rooms and best of all, the people who work here. This is the type of workplace that retains it's employees for long periods of time. Very family oriented departments that handle many brands with professional efficiency and courtesy. Definitely a great place to work in.

Cons

Sick days and vacation days are piled together and you have to accrue them. I would rather get them all at once in the beginning of the year and let us manage it that way. Be easier to plan vacations that way. Also let us have the option to take a vacation day or just take the pay doc and keep our vacation time.

Pros

Good Benefits. Team worked well together. Hybrid office environment, quiet location. Mostly good communication of supervisors with overall management.

Cons

IT and Applications support teams too small. Many businesses connected to overall business units, but not always great at communicating between themselves on resources and timing.

Pros

- If you are competent and self motivated, you can gain a lot of experience as you will be solving problems on your own or with a small group of other as you navigate who is and isn't competent. - Opportunity for advancement due to turnover/layoffs and unqualified/incompetent leadership.

Cons

- No regular raises, not for cost of living or performance - No training or career development for regular roles or leadership roles - Typically understaffed, be prepared to work 50-60+ hours a week as a salaried employee, without any additional compensation or comp time. - Not product focused, not innovation focused, not R&D focused. The company is run with a salesmen like mentality. This creates a very dog-eat dog environment and isn't compatible with departments that rely on cooperation and innovation. This encourages and rewards the wrong behavior and personality types to rise, not the most talented and competent.

Most Coworkers are great to work with. you get the usual benefits. workload isnt too bad.

compensation is mediocre. advancement opportunities limited. place gets stale quickly. management is ineffective. Employees are mostly overlooked.
