I have been working at VSP Optics Group full-time

    Pros

Spacious break and lunchrooms. Ping pong table. Snack vending machine and small gym. Laid back.

    Cons

Everything else. Most people stay here long term because the job is somewhat stable and easy to do. But it is mentally exhausting because you do overtime everyday including Saturdays. So just keep that in mind.

I worked at VSP Optics Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good benefits, good community, great purpose, and on campus amenities. VSP Global executive staff imparts good company culture and stays engaged with employees.

    Cons

Because of the community element having a disability and maintaining privacy was very difficult. Apparent distance between employees and management. Difficult to coordinate business initiatives and obtain resources from the other lines of business other than GTS.

I have been working at VSP Optics Group

    Pros

    Good benefits. Some great co-workers.

    Cons

No trust or transparency. Pay not based on results. They keep telling us we're a non-profit that pays taxes (there's no such thing). Lazy leadership, good at PowerPoint presentations, but not much else.
