I have been working at VSP Vision Care full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You will receive a paycheck every two weeks.
    Lots of parking
You get a desk to sit at and do your work.
They have a "cake day" every month

    Cons

You will be overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated. Management lacks every single bit of integrity to do the right things for almost every situation and part of the company, they mislead you, lie, and treat you poorly. On any given day one can hear conniving, colluding, and gossiping from all nearby open manager offices. Self-serving children occupy the upper management of this company. If it wasn't so hard to look for another job I would. Save yourself a lot of pain, stress, and anxiety, they don't deserve you.

    Advice to Management

Value and reward the employees that are doing their jobs
Do not promote those who lack accountability and cry to get their way
Walk the walk of your supposed "values"

    Pros

Decent pay, but doesn't value it's current talent to drive incentive or retain employees.

    Cons

any and everything else you could possibly think of, HR, Mgmnt, Lies, lies, lies.

    Advice to Management

Start being honest, it's worth being trusted.
