I have been working at VSP Vision Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good so far as health benefits are concerned. Some years you will get a bonus.

    Cons

Bonus, if you do get one is in March. The manufacturing floor is dirty, some managers are not that skilled at their jobs, hardly ever promote and the pay is not great.

    Advice to Management

Get new management or change your thinking.
