IRA,401-K, profit-sharing, bonuses, and some understanding supervisors.
Cons
VSP cares more about quantity, not quality of calls. Systems always changing and become less reliable and efficient yet the customer service representative is expected to become more efficient. A lot of people with seniority were fired that helped the company become more successful. I think in the future this will affect VSP in all areas of the business.
