    Pros

    - You get to be in direct contact with Upper Management. This gives you a chance to grow at an incredible rate if you put in the work as it's noticed.
    - The Company has legacy systems in place, but is propelling towards a modern advanced system for majority of it's applications. This is hard for any company to accomplish, but being a part of that change is the best growth you can get in today's corporate world.
    - Diverse cultures. The company has employees from all over the world, this allows you to help improve your communication skills.
    - HR does a fantastic effort to balance work and fun!

    Cons

    - In my case, the salary wasn't what I hoped or expected it to be. Though I've heard they offer yearly hikes. I'll have to wait and see!

    Pros

They dont deserve any pros,"One needs to have a qualified degree in corporate politics", the best degree to survive in this kind of company. the goodness is they never even turn on the lights untill 11:00 AM only when all the employees(25-30) are in! And managers need an explanation if you are 3 mins late to work like 8:03 AM, and managers come around 10:30 AM. Hiring/Firing to them is like bread/butter job.

    Cons

If you have a referral from a higher management, can retire here with zero knowledge.
Talent is not a concern as they deal mostly with reference. YOU WILL GET BLAMED FOR THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT POSSIBLE. The most exciting thins is, They run company as per the Georgia rules. Lol !! .you will have great growth as an employee!!

    Advice to Management

Iam not much qualified to advice the management as they Care. I dont know how the desi management goes...

I have been working at VSoft Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get all bank holidays off.

    Cons

Under average salary, no signing bonus, no raises although you've saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars on overdue projects. Expect to work 50-60 hours with no overtime pay. Product management team wants to keep all product knowledge to themselves for job security, ultimately making the company suffer. Product is absolute crap because of poor coding. So many bugs in every release-expect to feel embarrassed in every conference call involving the customer. Struggles to keep up with the new versions of Oracle. Development team is located in India made up of poorly educated people.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees. Stop sacrificing quality in order to save money by cutting corners ESPECIALLY the development team. Turnover rate is the worst I've ever experience. People quitting left and right should be a hint to upper level management to change things.

    Pros

Great work life balance. HR is wonderful.

    Cons

This company seems to be headed to the selling block or moving all operation over to India. Some managers here do NOT know what they are doing. They only seek like suitors. One manager in particular act as if he is very uncomfortable around African American people. Strong Indian (Hyderabad) culture is forced on workers. Almost discriminatory in a way. Be who are, but don't make it uncomfortable for your workers to dwell in this environment.

    Advice to Management

Stop plotting to get rid of workers that you deem unworthy, but yet backfire when those same employee's quit on you.

    Pros

Loved my coworkers. The work itself was interesting.

    Cons

Very disorganized. Management often says one thing then does another, there is no trust. Policies and procedures are for getting through audits only they are not followed within the company. If you are in a customer facing position you are required to lie to your customers.

    Advice to Management

Find competent managers, put them in charge and trust them to run their departments. Create policies and procedures that are to be followed not just to fake your way through an audit. Get the appropriate infrastructure in place and stop lying to clients.

    Pros

Some reasons to work here would be for the Annual Client Conference (if you are invited to go), the people that you work with everyday. Most of the people are in the same boat as you so they are willing to help you out as much at they can. Many of the people are truly dedicated to helping the clients and other co-workers

    Cons

Management having you lie to customers. Very REACTIVE to problems. You make a suggestion to be proactive and they say "sure" but nothing ever happens. They procrastinate on paying vendors, procrastinate on providing you answers on clients' questions. Be prepared to work 10-11 hr days.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees as they deal with the customers everyday. There are great people that work there and they won't do you wrong. TRUST them more!

    Pros

Very professional, thorough when it comes to finding you gigs. Also pay on time even if end-client is sometimes slow.

    Cons

Very flat hierarchy. Not a lot for cutting edge/emerging technologies
