    Pros

Company management too distant from workers

I worked at VT Group full-time

    Pros

Government contractor which means most federal holidays are paid time off. Which is a nice perk.

    Cons

Moral, leadership, and workload. Company has gone under massive downsizing and let go of some very good people which were team players and decided to keep some of the less desirables and ones that will step on anyone. Under transition CEO which is very unstable and not desirable place of employment. Made to feel you have no value and your were lucky to work there.

I have been working at VT Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a paycheck and that's about all the positive I can state about the company. As with any company, I work with some dynamic hard working people.

    Cons

Communications from Board, and/or C-Suite to management and employees is non-existent.
Company has been going through financial difficulties and has had to institute a number of cutbacks. Cutting the 401(k) match hurts.
