    VWR hires amazing people. All of my team are stand up people who work very hard.

    Account management heavy, territory dictates much of your ability to achieve plan

    Train/incentivize customer service to be more accountable so reps can spend more time working on creative ways to sell.

    Benefits were goof especially tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

    Gender biased. Should consider hiring more males.

    Hire more diverse people gender wise.

    Decisions take a very long time!

    Excellent Training ~ Employees appear to be happy, many long term.

    Cons

    PTO is limited, Clock punching ~ No flexibility.

    Advice to Management

    Take the good policies and merge them like you have done with VWR / Avantor.
    Will make for happy employees.

    Benefits, independent work, companies contract with.

    Cons

    Sales Reps, Supervisors and Managers have no idea what employees do at each site, they just have a very basic general idea.

    Advice to Management

    get more involved in what your employees are having to do at each site.
