I have been working at Vacation Village Resorts full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Room for growth, promotes from within, amazing leadership team. There are employees here that have been with the company for 10, 20 and 30 plus years. That is a testament to the vision of the leadership that created an atmosphere that promotes a sense of ownership through the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which is a company sponsored retirement plan. Through ESOP we are owners and not employees.

    Cons

No company is perfect. No cons worth mentioning.

I have been working at Vacation Village Resorts full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Vacation Village Resorts is a good company to grow and learn. as they promote from within the talent that is currently working on the company. The work is a very hands on very challenging, making you use all the talents that you have to survive everyday. So if you like to be challenged the company is good for you.

    Cons

There is little if no no training at all, you need to use all that you have learn every where else on you life to do your job. If you are lucky and find a mentor then it is easier for the worker, but in most cases employees are left to confront situations by themselves and after the situation goes bad then they are repremended and corrected.
