I worked at Vacation Village Resorts

    Pros

    Commission+ Bonus and decent pay

    Cons

Selective tours, heavy favoritism, high pressure is put on the sales rep to "sell" people who clearly have no money

    Advice to Management

give everyone a fair chance, take the fat hog away from the people with money

I worked at Vacation Village Resorts full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free time while you wait for the clients to take them on the tour, easy job, easy way to make money

    Cons

In slow month you don't make a lot of sales, if you don't make sales they let you go. To be honest you can start working and be fired in less than 3 month's even if you sell 2-3 deals that month because they want to save money on benefits insurance etc. They feel it's better to cut people with low sales while in probation and just hire new people that will make few deals and keep the rotation going.

    Advice to Management

Don't fire people that started in slow month because they didn't sell, don't hire new people every month just keep the one with great personality
