    Pros

    Some of their subsidiaries are small, close knit, companies

    Cons

    Very difficult environment. They call it "challenging" but really it is just impossible requests and timelines over and over again. They do pay women less.

    The bonus structure was rewarding for performers.

    Cons

    Restructuring then more restructuring- no one knows what they are doing

    Jump before it sinks

    Work 7 days a week

    Cons

    To many Laid off at any moment, with out notice you will be out of job. No matter how hard you work for the company. They just don't care.

    They don't want to pay sales reps anymore. They mess with your goals.

    Pros

    The best thing about working at Valeant/Bausch&lomb is you can balance work/life

    Cons

    Sucks since Valeant took over. No pay raise, management & hr don't communicate with workers, a dead end place to work

    Communicate with your employees and stop only thinking about yourself

    Pros

    Not a 1. Compensates for travel and time and then takes it away. Promises promotion and pay only to never receive or have it taken away

    Cons

    Confusing, unclear of direction because of To many people controlling what you do with false direction. Bogged down, depressing job

    Advice to Management

    Have a DNM who is a Nurse and understands.
    To many managers while working here and only 1 ever understood what nurses can do. A lot of Senior Management and giving incorrect directions

    Pros

    Great hard working people. Managers are extremely committed to helping reps succeed

    Cons

    Extremely poor upper level management, overpriced drugs and poor access programs. Goals are not attainable.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better access programs for offices. Products are good but too many changes have been ruled out in a short amount of time. Make goals attainable.

    Great as a transition job / break in industry or if u just really need a job.

    Cons

    No job security, no culture, hierarchical, non-existent HR, benefits below industry standards.
