    Great Company

Jul 8, 2022 - Process Operator in Albert City, IA
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

The culture is based around safety as that is the top priority for the company. Pay and benefits are exceptional. The company also offers tuition reimbursement. Management team is second to none. They keep you informed and reward you for your hard work and dedication to the company. Plenty of opportunities to move up the ranks. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you will be rewarded.

    Cons

Rotating shift can make home life difficult.

    Pros

-Safety is a high priority -The company seems to have good communication at different levels and pays everyone pretty fairly with a good matching program and sharing program -They hire professionals and don't overload their workers in general

    Cons

-Working there would place you away from cities and out in the countryside -Might have to change locations for promotions/job opportunities -Limited open engineering positions and limited engineers at plants so you'll have to interact with everyone (good/bad depending on what you prefer)
