-working 3 days a week 12 hour shifts -provides online education modules/resources that are helpful -decent amount of paid time off and wellness time off although this has to be accrued based on hours worked and isn’t a fixed number of days

-poor working conditions…supplies are scarce and broken vital machines on unit -understaffed and higher ups do not care about having safe staff to patient ratios -charge nurses/clinical shift supervisors will not support/help you when you need it and are incompetent -leaders are quick to scrutinize things you can do better without acknowledging positives thus creating nurse burnout -poor leadership all around…will ask what things need to be improved on the unit but won’t actually do anything to make positive changes -not enough teamwork from peers

A lot of exciting technical initiatives. Management embraces new technology and provides training. A lot of emphasis on publicly appreciating employee impact, great work-life balance for developers. Focus on positive learning and communication

Pay decent, could be better. Could use more modern development practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, source control, code review). Only 1 "level" of developer, no promotional opportunities on development track.
