    Pros

There were no pros at this employer

    Cons

Company is very poor in training their employees, very unprofessional management, staff that stabs people in the back, and upper management is not concerned with the job satisfaction of their employees.

    Advice to Management

Promote people to management positions that not only have the knowledge to perform the job but also the social and people skills to motivate and teach those under them.

I worked at Valley Health System (New Jersey) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Knowledgeable doctors who care about their patients.

    Cons

High turnover rate. Below market value salary. Retaliation from management.

    Advice to Management

Hire quality, competent people and not just bodies to accommodate or fill shifts. Be consistent with progressive discipline for problematic and toxic employees (especially the old timer ones who have been working there for a while) and ensure that your infrastructure is current and up-to-date. Micro management kills the entire workplace environment and morale. Reevaluate or oust bad apple supervisors and managers.
