    Pros

Incredible co-workers and management, opinion is valued, lot of growth potential, positive environment, exciting part of the company to be in as it grows.Great work/life balance and trust in the work of employees. You feel heard and appreciated and valued in this department.

    Cons

The health system's culture hasn't caught up to the strategies of this arm of the health system and will be necessary for full success. Physicians aren't mandated to participate in goals. Pay is on low side for value.

    Advice to Management

Continue to work on hospital executive and physician executive engagement in goals and objectives, reform case management/ur/care coordination structure to help accomplish this.

    Micro-management kills morale & motivation
