Sometimes people dont know when they are in over their heads. So new people are able to take on a lot and in doing so burn out quickly.
Advice to Management
The GM at the Marriott needs to walk the talk. You sent me to servant leadership and you talk a good game but you need to know how to apply servant leadership. Asking me a personal question that everyone else knows the answer to and I have worked for you for five years, shows that you do not care about your employees. Advice for Valley Hospitality - you are getting the reputation of burning people up. I have seen a lot of good, creative people not being able to last past a year.
