    I really have no PROS for this company.

    Cons

    Stuck in the stone ages, does not provide a flexible schedule, no employee perks. Management does not properly prepare you for growth. Everyone that works there is miserable.

    Employees tend to stay there for long time, and the bank environment is family oriented

    Employees are overworked, and the pay is not the best.

    some of the people are friendly.

    Cons

    This is a stagnating operation that tries to grow through acquisitions. This creates a culture of insecurity and dear of change. Technology and facilities are particularly behind time. They are stuck in 70s it appears.
