I have been working at Valley Regional Hospital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Departments for the most part are wonderful hard working people.

    Cons

HR is run by friends who have their own agenda and are pushing people out and not protecting hard working individuals. With the current state of the government and NH healthcare issues, it's going to be a tough four years under current administration for all hospitals.

    Advice to Management

Don't let good people go. Fight for them. Be truthful.

    Cons

Management is the worst out of any job I've ever had. Employees prepare to feel extremely under appreciated

I worked at Valley Regional Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great health benefits and earn time. Flexible hours depending on the department.

    Cons

Was on a pay raise freeze for a long time. Small departments so it's difficult to make complaints without everyone knowing.

    Advice to Management

Make sure your people know what they're doing. You have lost hard workers due to poor managers.
