VWHS has had the same senior management for 20 - 30 years, which does not allow for significant growth and change. Recent management changes give promise to corporate growth and improvement.

Continue with plans to find new leadership that will update and and modernize the company.

An organization that offered health care to a variety persons emphasizing care to underinsured and/or no health insurance to all individuals offering dental & mental health benefits.
Patients at times required a licensed physician and could only be seen by a mid-level provider. Most of supervisors were not available as there offices are in Alamosa, CO.

Management was not the best, could never get someone to actually sit down and talk with you, they really don't care about their employee's at all.
