    Pros

People have passion for their customers, dealers and purpose (industry). Good product to believe in and represent. They have a pretty fair plan for handling cyclical staffing needs on the manufacturing side.

    Cons

Cyclical industry leads to nervousness among employees of when a cut will come (administrative staff). Culture changes, poor leadership and communication leading to a significant number of key staffers to choose to leave.

    Advice to Management

Communicate before taking action. Understand and recognize the value, knowledge, and passion of employees. Listen to concerned employees when they raise concerns.
