    Pros

It could be a good start when you just finished college and it's your first job. It gives you an idea about the business world.

    Cons

It's a very big company, so sometimes you can feel a bit lost. Also working on projects with teams located in different cities are not well managed.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any suggestion for the direction since I spent there only 5 months.

No way to grow up, body rental and not consultancy projects, you feel like you are a number. all managers grow; all the lower levels are blocked

    Advice to Management

more training, more care about the juniors and consultants

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Value Team full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, easy outlook, challenging tasks comes with amazing prizes, job system quite transparent

    Cons

Initial Enthusiasm (Co startup at 2006) vanished soon, employees level decreased year by year, too customer focused

    Advice to Management

Money is something, but not everything: be more human, select better, sold better. If you want a 1st class consultancy, you definitely need 1st class people, nurturing those you have on board, instead of be assumptive.
