Free food and friendly staff
Cons
The CEO, his top level management, and their politics. The work environment is now full of negativity and bad politics. It includes but not limited to : saying yes to your boss no matter how wrong or unreasonable he or she is, pleasing your boss and his boss doing odd jobs, not having a life outside work, lying and gossiping about other people, lying about your work and making it look great even if it is not, tell only great and positive stories, praise and like whatever the CEO says...the list is endless. The CEO and HR department together have ruined the culture and reputation of the company.

Pros
No pros of working here
Cons
They keep you in shadow always, there is no certainty of job. Will keep you on bench and not even help you out for upskilling the higher will only give you fake consolations. HR will not reply to you and if complain they will suppress the matter. Pays are in peanuts

The management has a slave mentality
Cons
They put 5 managers on one developer. I have seen people fainting due to extended hours of work. They set unrealistic targets because of their incompetent managers.

Flexible work or say no work, do moonlighting if you want to learn some work.
Cons
Management is worst I have ever seen Bond: they won't let you work or won't let you resign either. Their name and motto is ironical: valuelabs where no values are upheld.
