Non paid training that is literally hours of videos to watch. They have 2 “training” conference calls a week that’s non sense you could get from the initial training. Also not paid for.

I have been working for Valued Merchant Services for over 14 years. VMS is a great company to work for and I have been very happy and well taken care of. VMS has outstanding values and I enjoy working for an honest company that is trying to help their customers as well as succeed in our industry. VMS treats agents with respect and appreciation and our agents stay with VMS for the long term due to this relationship. VMS is always willing to do whatever it takes to keep an agent/staff happy and productive. VMS is very competitive with pay and our compensation packages are some of the best in the industry. There is always someone available to assist with any training needs or questions out in the field.

It would be great to have more annual conferences where staff and agents can meet.

My decision to sign with Valued Merchants Service’s has been a great experience. Going into a very competitive industry it was very important to me that I choose the right support team. Especially since it was an industry that I knew I would need training. It’s been 8 months that I’ve been with VMS and the founders and staff have always been available to provide training and answer any questions. VMS makes me feel like part of the team!

Would appreciate the opportunity to meet staff and other agents yearly. Maybe an annual conference.

Treat reps very fair financially. Great back office support. Medium size company where I have access to principals for support and needed decisions. Offer all technical solutions and since I set my own rates with clients keep them for life. Ethical business practices, unlike many competitors. Interviewed with many other companies and keep coming back to VMS as best for me in the industry.

Valued Merchant Services focuses on continuous one on one training, live webinars and online video training to assist in your success.
