    Stop trying to get a piece of the pie and actually help your team and deliver. When you spend more time managing expectations than doing the work, you need to reflect.

    Competitive Salary
    Great Benefits
    Great Junior Staff

    Cons

    Very poor planning
    Terrible training
    Gather ideas but never follow through on anything other than preachy projects

    Advice to Management

    Spend some money on proper training when you reach out for ideas and never execute on what's the point Lose the holy attitude, and just provide good service and products get back to the basics

    Pros

    Team in branch was great. Branch Manager was super supportive. Great hours in branch. Work life balance can be achieved. Pay is decent but could be more competitive. Training at the call center was great. Branch staff should get the same training model. Branch was family unless you are at a toxic branch or office.

    Cons

    There's a lot of managers that are just waiting for paychecks and not really managing or supporting staff. Call centre had a lot of good people but a lot of toxic unsupportive managers that only care about getting thru the day and not actually doing any real work. Nepotism is rampant. It's all about who you know. CEO was great but a lot of inept managers keep getting promoted due to friends or family relations hiring them.

    Advice to Management

    Hire real talent and respect people. There were a lot of talented people that left because they don't get the respect and appreciation they deserved. I would never go back or recommend anyone to work here unless you want to get stuck in a thankless job.

    Pros

    Good benefits, reasonable salary, supportive colleagues subject to department you working in, some attempts by the organization to promote from within.

    Cons

    Culture where meetings are coming in the way of actual work. Very hierarchical, so it means you have a lot of bosses regardless of where you are in the organization. Those bosses can be quite bad. This is not a surprising combination for a large company. However if you are a doer and a creative type this company is not for you.

    Advice to Management

    Flatten your structure. See why people are leaving the organization.

    Generally good Benefits.
    7 hour workday.

    Cons

    With the sweeping out of the old guard, the new CEO has brought in more of a Big Bank corporate culture.
    There's an "in crowd" and an "out crowd" now.
