    Pros

    The teamwork there is phenomenal. I always felt like I was learning something from other nurses, or the doctors/NP I worked alongside with. None of the doctors made you feel like you were working under them, but alongside them.

    The pay could be better.

    Technically it’s great. Love Epic and the Heartbeat system of communication.

    Frequent turnover! My guesstimate is 75% of staff has been there under 2 years.
