Cons
Awful PAY &; they make you pay for parking
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
There are some nice people!
Cons
Low pay for amount of work and required skills, pay for your own parking ($50/month), out-of-date offices and equipment, toxic environment of doctors talking down to staff, tuition assistance benefits changed- not really helpful for obtaining an advanced degree anymore, expensive insurance, unsupportive and competitive environment. Vanderbilt preaches their high standards when you get hired, but overall disappointed in my experience and seeing how other employees conduct themselves. I had higher standards for CREDO than faculty being rude to staff and employees smoking outside together on the sidewalk during a pandemic.
